I retain ownership of all the works I create.

You do not have the right to sell my art.

You cannot use any of my work for commercial purposes without my written consent. If you intend to use your commission for commercial purposes, you must declare it at the start of the commission, specifying your intentions, and be prepared to pay an additional fee (+%) to merchandise and profit from them.

I only ship physical print commissions within the EU (Excluding USA, UK, South America, Asia). Custom stickers may be an exception, depending on quantity and package weight. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Every package comes with a Track-and-Trace code. I am not responsible for any delays or lost items once I have dropped off your package. If your package has not arrived after several weeks, please contact me.

The shipping price is an additional cost outside the commission price.

I operate during the weekdays (Monday to Friday).

To initiate a commission request, you can contact me via DM on Instagram (@kukupin.shop) or send me an email ([email protected]) with a detailed description of your request, including specifications, preferences, and any reference materials you may have.

After discussing the details, I will provide you with an estimated price.

I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with.

Once you’ve agreed on the cost of the order, I will send the PAYPAL invoice via email. All payments are made through PAYPAL. You must pay 100% of the commission.

The price of the commission already includes taxes.

After confirming the payment, you will be placed on the waiting list, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis on my web Trello (please respect the waiting list).

Every customer has the right to up to 2 changes per drawing at no additional cost. However, any additional changes beyond two requests will incur an extra fee of 5 euros per change. This will be added at the end, and if necessary, an extra invoice will be sent.

Once the commission is completed and any extra fees have been paid (if necessary), I will send you the high-quality version of the design by email 📧.

Once the commission is completed, I will proceed with the printing and packaging of the physical version. The printing and packaging process may take a few days.

When the package is ready to be shipped, I will provide you with a Track-and-Trace code. Shipping costs are not included in the commission price and will be added as extra fees.

Similar to the online version, once the commission is completed and any extra fees have been paid, I will also send you the digital version by email 📧.
